The Magic Years Team All Share The Same Passion For Childcare
Our staff are fully trained in Paediatric First Aid, Fire Training and Children’s First training. There is an expectation that all staff holds a minimum Fetac level 5 or its equivalent. Continued professional education is encouraged with many of our staff achieving level 7 and level 8 in Early childhood education.
Hi, welcome to Magic Years. My name is Veronica Hale. I joined Magic Years in June 2022 as Operations manager. I studied in DCU receiving a degree in General Nursing in 2009. In 2016 I received a Masters Degree in Nursing from Trinity college Dublin. In 2017 I completed a diploma in Leadership and Management. During the course of my career I have held senior positions in nurse management roles and today I am responsible for ensuring the Operations needs in Magic Years are met.

Hi, my name is Gervelyn Rollan, I am currently the Person in Charge in Magic Years Carpenterstown. I have completed my FAR (First Aid Responder) training in December 2022.
I have been working with in Magic Years since 2017. I have had the pleasure of gaining experience in all the rooms, from the Nursery/Junior Wobbler room up to our Afterschool room.
I studied Montessori Education for 3 years, achieving my Level 7. When I graduated in 2019, I worked full-time in Magic Years and was assigned in the Senior Preschool room. After 2 years, I continued to pursue my Level 8, studying Early Childhood Care and Education part-time in TU Dublin and graduated in 2022.

Hi, my name is Tracey Quirke I am the Person in Charge in our Clonsilla Road branch. I have 30 years experience working with children. Twenty three of those years I have been working in Magic Years Clonsilla Road.
Being a parent and having had two daughters that went through the service in Beechlawn house I can appreciate the importance of maintaining open communication with all my parents. This is something that myself and my team pride ourselves in. In addition to my many year’s experience I have completed my QQI level 6 in Early childhood Education.

Hi my name is Ellie! I am the Deputy Person in Charge in Magic Years Beechlawn House. I started my childcare journey many moons ago. Before my time with Magic Years, I was a childminder for many different age groups, including children with specific care needs. I joined Magic Years creche and preschool in 2020. Currently I am allocated in the senior wobbler room where I work with children aged between 18months and 2.5years. I am so grateful to have this opportunity to spend my time with these little incredible minds and to play an important part of the beginning of their journey through life. In addition to my experience working with children I have also successfully completed my QQ1 level 6 with Early Childhood and Education.

Hi, my name is Emanuela (Emma) Neamt. I have been working as an Early Years Practitioner in Magic Years since 2018. I am predominately rostered in the Senior Wobbler room and work with children aged between 2 and 3 years. I am particularly passionate about this age group as their developmental skills are developing at such a phenomenal rate.
I have achieved a Level 6 Major Award Advanced Certificate in Early Learning and Care. I am also trained in First Aid Responder. I look forward in meeting you soon.
